MENCIPTAKAN KESADARAN LINGKUNGAN MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL (Studi Kasus pada Salah Satu Perusahaan Ritel di Kota Tasikmalaya)

The purpose of the study is to describe and analyze the impact of social media on environmental awareness. The survey method with a quantitative approach was used as a research method. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents or customers who had a Plaza Asia Tasikmalaya customer card through simple random sampling. Data were collected using observational techniques and distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique is the PLS-SEM technique (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model). The research results show that social media has a significant positive impact on environmental awareness.
