1. Making reference to and/or quoting keywords, phrases, data, and/or information from a source without properly attributing the source, either in the note quotation or elsewhere.
2. Making references to and/or quoting unrelated phrases, words, sentences, data, and/or information from sources without properly attributing the source or without doing so in the note quotation.
3. Using sources of concepts, viewpoints, opinions, or theories without properly citing the sources; d. creating words and/or sentences from sources of concepts, viewpoints, opinions, or theories without properly citing the sources.
4. Using published or generated scientific work as a source for one's own research without giving due credit to the source.
Prevention
An author-signed statement stating the following must be included with every paper submitted to the Humanities Education Journal:

Penalty A Rebuke; Warning Letter; Retraction of Article; Publication Cancellation.
