The era of disruption of Industry 4.0 brings many influences in human life, this also affects the world of education. One way to improve the competence of lecturers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is to equip lecturers with global-scale certification, namely Microsoft Office Specialist or MOS. From these problems, we took the initiative to hold a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Power Point training activity for vocational/high school teachers in Bandung. This training adapts the Goad training model, namely this model consists of several cycles including: (1) training needs analysis; (2) the design of the training approach; (3) development of training materials; (4) training implementation; (5) evaluation and updating of training
