Changes in the level of knowledge of students can be known with provable results, one of which is through written testing to get the final score. The phenomenon of the ability of students who have graduated from college and have the knowledge capacity of the learning process during lectures is not enough to help solve problems in the world of work. Education mandated by the government in legislation clearly provides convenience and freedom of education in carrying out the learning process and is also directed to permanent changes in behavior and knowledge. Besides that, the implementation of the learning process can not only be done in the classroom as usual but can be implemented anywhere. If you look at the mandate from the government, then the policy rolled out by the Ministry of Education and Culture-Ristek in the form of independent learning on an independent campus (MBKM) is very relevant. The problems that arise in its implementation, such as 1) There is no policy leadership from universities, 2) Socialization that needs to be done, 3) How is the form of cooperation with external parties, 4) What are the requirements and reporting needed by MBKM students, 5) How is curriculum revision, 6) How is the selection of supervising lecturers if students are not in accordance with their scientific fields, 7) How are recognition adjustments with subjects, 8) How is data reporting to PDDIKTI for students who take part in MBKM. These things will be the material for evaluating the implementation of MBKM.
