Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, dan Overconfidence terhadap Investment Scams pada Generasi Z di Indonesia yang pernah terkena kasus penipuan investasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data primer. Sampel yang digunakan adalah generasi Z di Indonesia dengan rentang umur 17-25 tahun dan pernah terjerat penipuan investasi. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan adalah sebanyak 50 responden. Metode analisa data menggunakan smartPLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy, risk tolerance, dan overconfidence berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investment scams pada generasi Z di Indonesia.
