Abstract
XYZ is a company that manufactures tires for all large and small vehicles. Research activities at PT. XYZ aims to determine the new warehouse point by paying attention to each location or place of the consumer, this is done so that the placement of the new warehouse can be more flexible and affordable from each consumer. Laying this new warehouse will also affect the cost of each shipment to be cheaper and shorten the delivery. The analytical method used is to use the center of gravity method. The results of calculations using the center of gravity method obtained a new warehouse location with a coordinate point X = 1.62, Y = 4.16, which is located in Bukanagara, with this new warehouse location it will minimize the distance and transportation costs for each shipment of goods.
