This research aims to design and build a service website in Batulawang Village. The goal is to increase the efficiency, transparency, and affordability of village government services through information and communication technology. The waterfall method is used with the Laravel framework for structured system development. The Laravel framework accelerates the development process with features such as user management, data processing, and security. User needs analysis involves village officials and communities. The results of the analysis are used in system design, including information structure, user interface, and required features. Implementation is done using the Laravel framework, with features such as user management, village data management, announcements, and service requests. Testing is carried out using the black-box testing method on the main features, such as admin login, post management, and online letter requests, with results showing that all features function as expected. System maintenance includes performance monitoring and software updates. The testing results show that the website is able to speed up the letter request and processing procedure compared to the previously used manual process, supporting the achievement of this research's goal of improving the efficiency, transparency, and affordability of village government services. This research is expected to provide an efficient service website to improve government services, community participation, access to information, and submission of electronic services in Batulawang Village.
