Access to information on farmer institutions in Indonesia is uneven and difficult to obtain. In fact, the role of the agricultural sector is very large for national economic growth. Therefore we need a solution to make it easier for all people to get access to good information on farmer institutions. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build a Web-based Information System that is able to monitor farmer institutional data such as Farmers Groups (POKTAN) and Farmers Group Associations (GAPOKTAN)..
The data used in developing the farmer institutional information system consists of 124 farmer groups, 44 farmer groups associations, and 6973 farmers. This study succeeded in presenting the distribution of farmer institutional locations and information on farmer institutional data such as members, commodity potential, land area, and facilities in the West Java region based on Web for various groups, both government and non-government. In addition, the farmer institutional information system can also be a reference for the government in providing assistance to farmers through farmer institutional intermediaries. To solve the problem, online payment information system is required to make it easier for borrowers to make monthly installment payments in accordance with the agreed regulations
The method of making the system using the waterfall model consists of needs analysis, system design, coding, and testing. While the design uses an object-oriented paradigm with UML. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL as the database.
