Human Resources at Telkom Education Foundation is managed by a unit under Directorate of General Support, namely Human Capital. One of the main tasks of this Unit very important which is to select qualified and competent Human Resources to fill the needs and formations in the Foundation so that the vision and mission of the Foundation can be realized. Currently, the selection process for prospective employees is still carried out using Microsoft Office computer applications and has not been well documented. The solutions in question include designing a web-based recruitment application for prospective employees so that with the implementation of this new system, it is expected to improve the performance of the Human Capital so that it can obtain maximum results in finding the right resources.
