This research produces a hydropower plant prototype, understanding the function and working performance of the hydroelectric power plant prototype, this research aims to provide an overview of hydroelectric power plants. This research went through four stages, first data collection, second design, third manufacturing, fourth testing. And the manufacture includes making a frame for placing prototype components for a hydroelectric power plant, making blades to convert water energy into electrical energy. The results of the research concluded that the hydroelectric power plant prototype functioned well by producing electric current from a generator of 60 Volts with a water flow of 0.357 m3/s which could turn on 12 Volt DC lights.
