Abstract

Information technology that exists today provides various conveniences, one of which is in the company's business, human resources are important to pay attention to. Selection of the best teller at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk. KCP Kosambi West Jakarta has problems in selecting the best teller, for this reason a decision support system is needed using Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making methodSimple Additive Weighting (FSAW) in the selection teller best. The 5 criteria used are C1:tangible (2 questions), C2 :reliability (13 questions) , C3 :responsiveness ( 2 questions) , C4 :assurance ( 8 questions) andempathy ( 4 questions). From these 5 criteria, a calculation is then carried out by looking for the selected alternative. The result is the best teller alternative, namely the 3rd alternative with a value of 0.91667.
