Construction projects are one of the most complex sectors, requiring structured planning and execution. Effective implementation of supply chain management (SCM) is essential to achieve time efficiency and avoid delays. This research aims to analyse the application of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to the time performance of structural works using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method. The research method used Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver indicators with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the four SCM processes simultaneously had a significant effect on time performance, with the Deliver variable having the greatest influence. However, partially, each variable has not shown a significant influence. The resulting level of determination indicates that SCM variables can explain 42.9% of variations in time performance, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study.
