Being a supplier at a birth clinic, you must always be ready to supply all the goods requested by the clinic. The problem faced as a supplier is that there are no provisions on how much inventory must be in the warehouse, where currently goods are purchased when there is demand. This results in the search for the requested item not being carried out properly so that sometimes there is a delay in delivery beyond the required time. In this research, a method for determining inventory is used, namely buffer stock (reserve stock) and reorder point (repurchase) preceded by analysis of the highest value of goods using the ABC method. The results of this process were 10 (ten) items of goods which were prioritized so that inventory was of concern with the number of goods in accordance with the buffer stock and reorder point calculations
