Supply Chain Management (SCM) plays a strategic role in supporting operational effectiveness in the electricity industry. PT XYZ, as a manufacturing and maintenance unit for electrical equipment, faces challenges such as demand fluctuations of up to 15%, limited resources, and delivery reliability that has not yet reached the 97% target. Based on interviews, there is a potential to reduce operational costs by up to 29% through more efficient SCM practices. This study aims to measure and analyze SCM performance using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and provide improvement recommendations. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, with data collected through documentation, interviews, and observation, and analyzed using the Snorm De Boer normalization method. The results show that the overall SCM performance is categorized as “good” with a normalized score of 71.77. The Source perspective scored highest, while Deliver and Return scored lowest. Recommended improvements include strengthening logistics systems, improving return processes, and conducting regular evaluations of SCM processes.
