The delivery of heavy equipment at PT XYZ often faces delays and inefficiencies due to drivers’ unfamiliarity with routes, limited terrain information, and technical disruptions that increase operational costs. This study aims to identify and prioritize the attributes affecting delivery effectiveness using the Analytic Network Process (ANP). Five main criteria Cost, Distance, Type of Load, Service Reliability, and Route along with ten sub-criteria were evaluated through questionnaires and pairwise comparisons. The results show that operational cost (D1) holds the highest weight (0.29), followed by delay-related costs (D2) at 0.17, and the need for special handling tools (C2) at 0.14. These findings highlight the importance of cost management and adjusting delivery strategies based on load characteristics to improve efficiency and delivery accuracy.
