Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is crucial in high-risk industries such as wood processing. CV X recorded 36 workplace accidents in 2024, prompting this study to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend OSH controls in the wood material production section using the HIRADC method. This quantitative descriptive study involved observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results identified 32 hazard sources from 10 work activities, including mechanical, physical, ergonomic, and chemical hazards. Risk assessment revealed 29,41% high-risk, 32,35% moderate-risk, and 38,24% low-risk hazards, primarily related to high-speed machinery and dust exposure. Control recommendations include improving machine guards, strengthening administrative procedures, and optimizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This study contributes to improving workplace safety at CV X and serves as an important reference for occupational safety and health (OSH) risk management in the wood processing industry.
